ASB Tunnel and Shuttle Kiln’s burner pulse control has been developed and perfected. The Control System precisely controls each burner’s pulsing time sequence and pulsing cycle according to the temperature feedback signal, the controlled action of the burners prevents localized flame impingement or hot spots in the kiln chamber. This modern pulse firing system giving the best possible fuel consumption, the best temperature distribution with high mass flow averages, and the greatest turndown compatible with safety.
