Base on PC and SCADA system for recipe, data storage, trending and equipment operating, to start the kiln, the operator just need to simply select the appropriate firing curve, and push the start button, the kiln then operates completely automatically, and can be left unattended until the firing cycle concludes. Visible and audible alarms are included to summon the operator should there be any problem. Additionally the kiln always shuts down to safe condition.
