ASB is able to offer many different designs of Kiln CarTransportation/Haulage Systems, it is especially appropriatewhen used for multi-track kiln car transportation.All of whichare designed to the unique requirements of our customer.Theycan include automatic or semi automatic Kiln loading andunloading systems complete with interfacing with a transfercar to allow product to be transported to a desiredlocation.These systems can interface with operators, whereneeded or be programmed to operate on their own.We usetouchscreen technology on our control panels to allow foreasy use.

The Rapid Cooling System can provide additional cold air duringthe cooling cycle, allowing an accelerated cooling rate to be achievedin accordance with the process requirements.

Pulse firing ensures that the fuel and air arealways in the correct ratio, according to the processparameters. The Kiln atmosphere can be oxidising,stoichiometric or reducing dependent on theheating profile requirements. With the automaticatmosphere control, kiln atmosphere is fullycontrolled and results in a consistent atmospherewithin the kiln which enables selection of complexfiring cycles

Each firing program can be edited into over 60 sections, so it can be set precisely to control the heating, soak and thecooling exactly. Thus it can satisfy complicated firing processes with shortened firing times. All the fring cycles previouslyused can be repeated with exactly the same results each and every time.

PC based, the SCADA system provides recipeformat, data storage, live plus historic trending andequipment overview. To start the Kiln the operator justneeds to press the singe "Start" button, the Kiln thenoperates completely automatically, and can be leftunattended until the firing cycle concludes. Visible andaudible alarms are included to summon the operatorshould there be any problem. Additionally the kilnalways shuts down to safe condition.
