AdvancToward Zero-Carbon Smart Manufacturing and Industry Leadership

ASB KILNS is advancing “zero-carbon kiln” R&D by exploring clean energy solutions like electric heating and hydrogen hybrid combustion, and has co-founded a “Green Thermal Engineering Joint Laboratory” with top Chinese universities. Over the next three years, all new kilns will feature carbon emission monitoring modules, supporting an industry-wide carbon footprint database. Committed to low energy use, high reliability, automation, and cost-effectiveness, ASB aims to lead global specialty kiln innovation and drive sustainable, intelligent manufacturing alongside its customers.

ASB KILNS launched the world’s first Modular Rapid-Assembly Shuttle Kiln, cutting installation time by 40% and reducing customer downtime. Deepening Green Transformation and Expanding Global Markets

ASB KILNS aligned with China’s “Dual Carbon” strategy by upgrading its thermal systems, launching integrated low-NOx combustion and waste heat recovery tech that cut energy use by over 15%. It delivered high-automation tunnel kilns to ceramic and refractory clients in Southeast Asia and the Middle East, and entered Eastern Europe with a full-line retrofit project in Poland.
